REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Consultancy Services for the Detailed Architectural and Engineering Design Preparation for The Construction of New Municipal Building of the Local Government Unit of Caramoran


The Municipal Government of Caramoran, Catanduanes through its Supplemental Budget No. 1 Series of 2017 intends to apply the Sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consultancy Services for the Detailed Architectural and Engineering Design Preparation for the Construction of New Municipal Building of the Local Government Unit of Caramoran.

The Municipal Government of Caramoran, Catanduanes calls and invites interested consultants duly accredited by the GPPB to submit eligibility documents for the Consultancy services for Detailed Architectural and Engineering Design for the Construction of New Municipal Building of Caramoran, Catanduanes. Interested consultants must submit their eligibility documents on or before June 9, 2017, 9:00 A.M., at the BAC Office, Caramoran, Catanduanes. Application for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.

A complete set of eligibility documents may be acquired by the interested consultants on May 27 to June 9, 2017, 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. from the BAC Office, Caramoran, Catanduanes upon payment of a non-refundable amount of One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00). It may also be downloaded free of charge, if available, from the PhilGEPS website provided that consultants shall pay a non-refundable fee for eligibility documents not later than the submission of their eligibility documents on June 9, 2017 at 9:00 A.M.. The criteria for shortlisting are as follows:

c) Current Workload = 20%

Interested consultants may inquire further information from the BAC and inspect the eligibility documents at the BAC Office, Caramoran, Catanduanes.

Bidders are advised to regularly check the PhilGEPS website for bid bulletins/announcements regarding the project.

The Municipal Government of Caramoran, Catanduanes reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, annul the bidding process, reject all bids, or not award the contract anytime prior to contract award, without incurring any liability to the affected bidder.
