The contracting authority wishes to enter into an EPC agreement for Energy conservation, a process for guaranteed energy conservation. Tenders shall be given for a process for guaranteed energy conservation, including development, implementation and follow up of an energy conservation contract. Option for the contracting authority for implementation and follow-up.
The objective of the contract is to achieve significant, long-term and cost efficient reduction of energy consumption and energy costs for the contracting authority's buildings. This shall be done by maintaining or improving the indoor climate and maintaining or reducing greenhouse gas emissions and other environmental consequences of energy consumption.
