After Greetings ,

 I am pleased to invite you to participate in the tender of the work of the rehabilitation of the Department of Architecture at the Faculty of Engineering on the campus of Birzeit University, which is five ceremonies and includes work on all construction work, mechanical and electrical according to the drawings and engineering specifications and the scale of quantities and delivery of the work fully to the engineer.

1- The date of the meeting of the contractors and the field visit on Saturday, 29/07/2017 at 12:30 pm in the Department of Architecture 4th floor of the Faculty of Engineering.

3 - The date of delivery of the tender on Monday, 31/07/2017 until 12 noon at the Office of the Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs Administration Building 2nd floor room 315 until 12 noon.

4. Prices are in US dollars and include the additional tax.

5. Any tender that does not meet the deadline or does not commit to deliver all required documents duly packed shall not be accepted. 

6- Bid guarantee is 10% of the bid price and valid for up to 60 days.

7 - to provide a guarantee of good implementation to the bidder of 10% covering the period of implementation.

8 - Provide a maintenance guarantee of 5% effective for one year from the date of delivery of works.

7 - The price of the tender copy (100) non-refundable payment in cash in the Department of Finance.
