List and brief description of conditions:
In order to participate in the competition, tenderers must fill in the electronic self-declaration form (ESPD), stating that they fulfil all of the qualification requirements mentioned in the tender documentation. The tenderer/tenderers who are chosen before the notification letter is sent out must document fulfilment of the qualification requirements in accordance with the stated documentation requirements.
All tenderers must ensure that they have the documentation available and must be prepared to present it at short notice at any time in the competition.
The self-declaration form (ESPD) shall be submitted as a PDF and Word document in a separate questionnaire in the ‘Supplier Portal’.
