The first phase will also include the construction of rural public road crossings, a footbridge, hard standing for car-parking and installation of signage and waymarking.
The macro-design carried out to date for the trail network has identified suitable trail corridors for each trail section, within which the definitive trail line will be designed and built. The finished trail surface will be no more than 600 mm width within that trail construction zone (unless otherwise specified).
