Notice Summary

Pursuant to City Public Contracting Rule 137-048-0220, regarding formal selection procedures for personal service contracts, the City of Newport (City) is seeking proposals from well-qualified individuals/organizations to conduct an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the Newport Municipal Airport.

The full Request for Proposal, including the contract terms, conditions, and specifications, may be downloaded from the https://ORPIN.oregon.gov.

The City will receive sealed qualification submittals up to the hour of 2:00 PM on the Jan 11, 2018, addressed to Timothy Gross, PE at the Public Works Office, 169 SW Coast Highway, Newport, OR 97365. This project is anticipated to be funded in part by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). All work is required to comply with FAA requirements and regulations. Faxed and emailed submittals will be rejected as non#responsive.
