    The alterations to Rokilde Welfare Centre, with the accompanying outside work, consists of alterations and a minor extension, total 8526 m2. The alterations include a day centre, residential units, sheltered accommodation flats and administration.
    In addition, a footbridge is planned between Rokilde, Kringsjå and Storhaugen, as well as garages and outside work connected to both parts.

    The procurement involves so-called 'early involvement' of the turnkey contractor.
    The work includes:
    - Quality assurance of the draft project;
    - Preliminary project phase with interaction for the entire site;
    - Execution phase for Rokilde welfare centre and day centre (option 1);
    - Execution phase for footbridges (option 2, possibly options 2A and 2B);
    - Execution phase garages (option 3).
    I.e. the procurement is only for the engineering design services/planning work and execution in a turnkey contract.
