The contract consists of the following:
— design,
— engineering design,
— execution.
The objective for this phase of the procurement process is to pre-qualify three to six (3 — 6) tenderers, who will be invited to submit tenders with prices for a solution proposal in the negotiated competition.
Relevant tenderers can submit a request for pre-qualification until 16.4.2018, the tender documentation will be sent to those who have pre-qualified on 19.4.2018. The deadline for these to submit a tender for the price, design and execution is 01.06.2018. Any negotiations will then take place at the beginning of June 2018.
