      Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: A statement from the economic operator that in the last 5 years a legally valid verdict for participation in a criminal organization, corruption, fraud or money laundering has not been adopted.
      — confirmation that a bankruptcy procedure has not been opened by a competent authority,
      — confirmation that no liquidation procedure has been initiated by a competent authority,
      — certificate for paid taxes, contributions and other public fees from a competent authority from the country where the economic operator is registered,
      — certificate from the Register for committed criminal acts of the legal entities that accessory punishment for participation in public call procedures, awarding public procurement contracts and public-private partnership agreements has not been adopted,
      — confirmation from the Register of penalties for committed criminal acts of legal entities that no minor penalty was imposed temporarily nor permanently banning from performing a particular activity,
      — confirmation from the Register that a final verdict pronouncing a misdemeanor sanction has been adopted — a prohibition to perform a profession, activity, duty, or temporary prohibition to perform a particular activity.
      In order to prove the capability to perform a professional activity, the economic operator should submit a document for registered activity as evidence that it is registered as a person or legal person for performing the activity related to the subject of the public procurement contract and at least possesses a License B for a contractor of the second category according to the Law of Construction.
      III.2.2)Economic and financial ability
      Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: — Report on the balance sheet and data from the profit and loss account for the last 3 years certified by the competent authority — A certificate issued by a bank in which the bank provides the bidder a loan of minimum 100 000,00 EUR until the full realization of the project is done. The certificate is submitted in original before the deadline for submission of the offers in the archive of the Contracting Authority at St. Cyril and Methodius no.54, Skopje. If the certificate issued by a bank in which the bank provides the bidderwita loan of minimum 100 000,00 EUR is available in original electronic form / electronic confirmation / it is attached through the Public Procurement Bureau (PPB) together with the offer and the accompanying documentation
      Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required: — The minimum total income in the last 3 years is not less than 100 000 000,00 MKD denars. — The bidder must prove that he/she has available or has access to a minimum of 100 000,00 EUR, financial sources of funds necessary for the performance of works.

      — Copy of A/B Authorization for Mechanical Engineer, issued by the Chamber of Authorized Architects and Engineers,
      — Copy of A/B Authorization for Electro-Engineer, issued by the Chamber of Authorized Architects and Engineers,
      — Copies of M1/M2 templates for the construction engineer, architect, mechanical engineer and electrical engineer,
      Announcement for engaged engineers’ staff for the realization of the subject procurement,
      List of professional technical personnel for realization of the subject procurement,
      — Copies of M1 / M2 templatesfor additional staff for realization of the subject procurement, and for at least 1 (one) construction technician
      Announcement of engaged additional staff for the realization of the subject procurement
      List of additional staff for realization of the subject procurement
      Certificate from the competent authority for the number of employees issued no earlier than 15 days from the date stated as the deadline for submission of the offers.
      — Copies of minimum 2 (two) projects realized for the last 5 years with a value of less than 10 000 000,00 MKD denars.
      Also, along with the contracts certificates for satisfactory performance of the works issued by the investor should be submitted.
      The certificates should contain the value, time and location of the works (if they do not contain the above, it is necessary that copies of the relevant agreements, or a document for technical acceptance containing the requested information or other appropriate document are provided),

      Proof of possession or availability of the requested equipment — mounting scaffold of minimum 500 m2.
