Scope: Architectural programming and design services for the school rebuild project. Programming - school district will be developing plans for a new junior high school prototype building concurrently with this project. It is anticipated that a prototype plan will not fit on the existing sunset junior high site. It is also anticipated that a different architectural firm may be designing the prototype plan, however, the same design strategies used in the prototype will also be used at sunset junior high; gather and analyze information from district administration, curriculum specialists, support services departments, and other stake holders through several design charrettes and workshops working in conjunction with another architectural firm; create a limited scope architectural program to use as a guide throughout the design process; establish construction budget.
