II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
Strand municipality would like to enter into two parallel framework agreements for project administration, with the following roles:
— a project manager,
— engineering design manager,
— construction manager,
— technical construction manager,
— SHE coordinator.
Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment or offer personnel from sub-suppliers.
The framework agreement will, amongst other things, be used for alterations to Tau secondary school, with a construction start summer 2019.
Other projects where the framework agreement could be used are:
— Tau school Superparken completion 2019,
— new Fjelltun school — a pre-qualification for a planning and design contest in being held — estimated construction start 2020,
— extension to Resahaugen school — estimated construction start 2021,
— swimming pool at Tau,
— arts centre at Jørpeland.
