Home Group is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement of suitably qualified and experienced professionals to undertake Asbestos management services on such Home group premises as, rented accommodation, offices, supported accommodation, leasehold accommodation and commercial premises.
The services required under this Framework are:
— asbestos surveys.
— Project management of asbestos removals.
The Framework will be tendered as 3 individual Lots. The Lots are divided up to match our 3 maintenance regions.
The 3 regions are:
1) North;
2) Midlands;
3) South.
