II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
Undervisningsbygg would like to engage a development team consisting of a development architect, architect, landscape architect, traffic consultant and other necessary consultants to prepare a joint development plan for areas 10, 11 and 12 in Mortensrud.
The assignment will last until the development plan is adopted by the town council. This will take an estimated 2 1/2 years.
Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF will be the proposer for areas 10, 11 and 12 and will be responsible for coordinating all the objectives that are to be included.
The planning and building department has prepared a plan programme and a guiding plan for public areas (VPOR) for Mortensrud, which will be the guidelines for planning and building applications in the area. Area 10 is to include a nursing home, library and care + residences, with Omsorgsbygg as the builder. Area 11 will include a school with a multi-purpose hall, with Undervisningsbygg as the builder. Area 12 will include a sports park with a cricket pitch, land hockey pitches, football pitches and an athletics hall, with Bymiljøetaten and Kultur og Idrettsbygg as the builder.
