Three Runway System Project – Contract 3156 – New Airport District Police Operational Base Design Consultancy Services (Contract 3156)

A new Police Operation Base will be required to support the expansion of the existing two runway system at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) into a three runway system (the “Project”). This is a multi-functional and multi-storey police facility complete with car parks and other external works. A plan showing the location of the new Police Operational Base is attached for information.

This Contract includes the design of the new Police Operational Base and associated construction stage design services. Quantity surveying services will be carried out by others.

The Airport Authority (the Authority) hereby invites tenders from design consultants with PROVEN EXPERIENCE and the CAPABILITY to provide the above design services.

Tenderers will be required to submit a tender bond in the amount of HK$500,000 with the tender.

Tenders for this Contract shall be submitted to the Authority not later than 14:30 (Hong Kong time) on 9 August 2018.

All costs associated with any submission in response to this notice shall be entirely the responsibility of the applicant.
