Agricultural and Environmental Advice

The Welsh Government wishes to establish a call-off contract for Additional Agricultural and Environmental advice. Specialist technical advice services needs to be procured in order to inform work in the following areas:

— Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA),

— Nitrate Vulnerable Zones,

— Agricultural Land Tribunal,

— Plant Health, Pesticides and Biocides, Seeds, GM crops and Wildlife,

— The effects of ‘Brexit’ in relation to the above areas,

— Any additional environmental advice.

Much of the work completed under this contract is vital to ensuring that our statutory duties are met.

The contract is for an initial 36 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months.

There could be a possibility that the contract is retendered. If it is, a notice will be served prior to expiration of this contract.

This a call-off contract opportunity and as such there is no guarantee of how much work will need to be undertaken.

— Note: If your Organisation is already registered on the Platform then you must not make any additional registration. Please contact the helpdesk to gain access to the Platform.

— Tenders must be uploaded to the BravoSolution portal by 14:00pm. Late bids will not be accepted.
