    The Welsh Government wishes to establish a call-off contract for Additional Agricultural and Environmental advice. Specialist technical advice services needs to be procured in order to inform work in the following areas:
    — Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA),
    — Nitrate Vulnerable Zones,
    — Agricultural Land Tribunal,
    — Plant Health, Pesticides and Biocides, Seeds, GM crops and Wildlife,
    — The effects of ‘Brexit’ in relation to the above areas,
    — Any additional environmental advice.
    Much of the work completed under this contract is vital to ensuring that our statutory duties are met.
