94-BYM-2017 Construction Manager for Samla plan
The Agency for Urban Environment needs to hire a responsible construction manager with good experience from equivalent work in the Samla Plan projects. Samla Plan is a joint term for 8 tram renovation projects in Oslo city. These will run in parallel from Autumn 2017 to the end of 2021. Several of the projects will be carried out as a main contract, which sets requirements for the project organisations´ size.

The Agency for Urban Environment needs to hire a responsible construction manager with good experience from equivalent work in the Samla Plan projects.
We would like the construction manager to start in a 100 % position as soon as possible, latest mid October. The contract will be valid for the entire lifetime of the project, including some parts of the procurement phase and the post and final work, but it will not include follow-up in the guarantee period. This means that the contract will be valid for 3-4 years, depending on the project´s progress.
The construction manager will, amongst other things, be responsible for the following:
— Follow-up of the other construction managers and control engineers,
— Daily communication with the contractor and project manager,
— Inspections/follow-up of the contractor as regards progress, finances and quality,
— Quality assurance of the project basis from the engineering designers,
— Dealing with changs, technical clarifications and deviations,
— Overall responsibility for documentation flow,
— Checking invoices,
— Checking MOM documentation, surveying certificates, which the drawings are based on and picture documentation provided by the contractor.

Qualification requirement:
The tenderer shall be a legally established company
Documentation requirement:
— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate
— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Qualification requirement:
Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment.
Documentation requirement:
Credit ratings for the last 3 years.
Qualification requirement:
Tenderers must have experience from assignments of the same nature and extent.
Documentation requirement:
A description of the tenderer´s relevant performed services in the last three years. Include information on the value, date and name of the recipient.
