Stavanger municipality needs consultant engineering services for independent control of municipal construction projects in development classes 2 and 3.
Separate Framework Agreements will be signed for 4 different disciplines:
— building physics,
— construction safety,
— fire safety,
— geotechnics.
The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with 3 tenderers for each discipline, provided that a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit a tender.
The control areas are split between 4 lots, tenderers are free to submit tenders for 1 or several of the lots. Prices must be given in both the Price Sheet and in Mercell under the tab “Products” for each of the lots that a tenderer would like to submit a tender for.
