Scope: Provide planning and design services to complete a master plan for park. The preliminary scope of work consists of site investigation and analysis, conducting community engagement, preliminary park program development, master plan development, cost estimating, project implementation sequencing and permitting and environmental review. The master plan development requires collective experience in landscape architecture.
Notes: A non-mandatory, informational site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 10:00 am at the project site located at 25000 SE Klahanie Blvd, in the City of Sammamish. Questions about this RFP must be emailed no later than October 26, 2018 at 2:00pm
