    Sarpsborg municipality shall construct a new 3 parallel primary school with a gym hall. The municipality would therefore like to prequalify 3-5 architect companies for participation in a "sketch contest". The prequalified architect companies will each receive 100 000 NOK excluding VAT for working out the sketches. The municipality would also like prices for the complete engineering design services up until the hand over of the building from a turnkey contractor.
