RE:CREATION — The International Resort Architecture Competition

The goal of the Competition is to find interesting architectural ideas for creation of a modern resort in Primorye which will become the leader of recreation and tourism industry for the next 20-30 years. The combination of bold ideas and solutions proposed by the Competition participants will allow to create a modern all-season recreation destination, which will distinguish itself from other offers in the tourism market by its innovative approach and high quality.

The participants face an ambitious challenge: they are to propose a general vision and specific architectural solutions that will form the basis of the first ever Russian resort on the Pacific coast. The resort that can successfully attract tourists from all over the world not only in the nearest future, but also in the long run.

Thus every Competition participant is invited to find himself/herself a visionary and propose his/her view of the resort of tomorrow, taking into account the development of the latest technologies in architecture and construction, unique nature of Primorye and its potential in the Russian and international markets. After all, only visionaries are able to create the image of the tourism of tomorrow, to reinvent the travel, hospitality and architecture industry!
