Scope of Work: The Town of Longboat Key is seeking services of a design professional architect/engineering firm to assist in further development of already identified options for a Community Center within the Town. The anticipated professional services for this project include, but are not limited, to providing the following: 1)Architectural/engineering analysis; Evaluation of architectural alternative and Analysis of cost effectiveness of utilizing existing structure, 2) Confirmation of preliminary program, 3)Code evaluation of conceptual site plan; Storm water, Zoning, Coastal Construction Control Line, Parking, Meetings with Town Staff; Meetings with public groups and Meetings and presentation materials (i.e. preservation floor plans, elevatons and perspective drawings) for meetings with the public, Planning and Zoning Board and Town Commission.
