    Aufgabe
    Forsvarsbygg Utvikling Vest (FBUV) is given an assignment by the Ministry of Defence (MoD) to prepare a pre-project for new office building in energy class A at Haakonsvern Naval Base in Bergen. The size of the office building is a planned 2 182 m2 BTA.
    The building shall contain offices, meeting rooms, reception, lobby, storage/archive, wardrobes and various other rooms.
    Award authority requests tenders for design manager for the project from the engineering manager for the project 2485097 HOS Depot Building.
    The purpose of the contest is to enter into a contract with an design manager, in accordance with NS8402.
    The procurement is remunerated based on tendered hourly rates, in accordance with NS 8402.
    The project shall develop through the following stages: sketch and preliminary preparation of tender documents, assistance in connection with enterprise contest, participation in the implementation phase and participation in the complaint stage.
    PRL shall be included in all phases of the project.
