Scope of Work: The Town of Longboat Key is soliciting proposals for consulting engineering services relative to the preparation and maintenance of the Town of Longboat Key Comprehensive Beach Management Plans, Erosion Control Services, Shoreline Restoration, Post Storm Survey and Restoration Projects, Sand Search and Geological services, Canal Dredging and Maintenace projects for the Town of Longboat Key. It is the Town's intent to make awards to one or more firm(s) to provide these services. The initial term for this contract will be for three (3) years. Upon the mutual consent of both parties, this contract period may be extended for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, under the same terms and conditions.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE BID PROTEST PROCEDURE REQUIREMENTS WITHIN THE TIME FRAMES PRESCRIBED HEREIN AS ESTABLISHED BY THE TOWN, SHALL CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF YOUR PROTEST AND ANY RESULTING CLAIMS.”
