Description of the location of the building on the plot, shape solution
The architecture of the building should remind us that it is a simple transport construction, a reinforced concrete container for passenger cars with a facade made of road crash barriers. Night illumination will resemble the road at long exposure, daytime views then silvery futuristic object unclassified in time, which could gradually grow green.
The object of such a large size is architecturally conceived as a large minimalist sculpture with artistic effect, similar to the statues of Donald Judd or the Czech Michal Škoda. In a form on the publicly active side, it backs in like a huge concave curved curtain, creating a lee for public space sheltered from bad weather. On the other hand, in a similar but convex form, it catches water for the growth of rich greenery, low maintenance, more or less left to its fate, consisting of planned planting, but also by seedlings. This creates a picturesque backdrop for residents of the surrounding houses. The silvery color of the building is made up of a finely translucent screen made of road crash barriers, the light quality of which is applied in all climatic conditions and in all day and night times.
The building is connected to the street Na Jízdárně, where the main entrance to the parking house is located.

Through the first floor passes the road, which transports the parking lot in the courtyard parcel no. 2634/42. The height difference is overcome by an internal ramp, the entrance to this parking lot is controlled by a barrier at the end of the current passage. There is a commercial space designed for the living parterre on the ground floor in the link to 28. října street. There are three rentable units with the necessary facilities and supplies from the interior of the parking house. The main entrance for pedestrians, public toilets and areas for the operation and storage of bicycles are designed in the parterre on Na Jízdárně Street. The remaining part of the ground floor, 2.NP-7.NP consists of parking spaces. On the 1st floor there are technical rooms, storage rooms and retention tanks for retention of rain water from the green roof and for its reuse in irrigation of the green facade and parterre. The total capacity of the parking house is 665 vehicles.
All floors of the house are connected by an internal staircase with a pair of lifts and a second fire escape.

Description of the structure and façade
The whole building is conceived as energy-independent, nature friendly. The elements ensuring this function and this requirement are also maintenance-free. The roof is extensive without the need for watering, all rainwater is collected for the droplet automatic watering of the overgrown facade, which will have randomly growing greenery and will always look natural. A vandal-resistant, maintenance-free biotope gets into the city.
The building will be based on a foundation slab with concrete feet for pillars under concrete piles. The underground part of the building consists of reinforced concrete monolithic external walls in combination with internal reinforced concrete columns in the quality of visible concrete. The building is designed as an eight-storey building with one underground and seven above-ground floors. The supporting structure of the above-ground part of the building consists of reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton in combination with reinforced concrete monolithic slabs th. 300 mm. The inner walls around the staircase cores and utility rooms are designed as reinforced concrete, the partition walls in part of the commercial space are masonry. In the middle of the parking house is designed monolithic reinforced concrete ramp. 250 mm, which is fixed into the internal reinforced concrete walls, which also serve as a reinforcing element for the parking house.

The north-east, north-west and south-west façade is made up of road barriers, so the building of the parking house is naturally ventilated. The south-east slanted façade consists of cascaded metal containers with substrate and greenery.
