In opinion of the final stage jury this project with no doubts provides the best answer to the multilayered and complicated task given to the participants engaged in the project for the Warsaw site. The authors have proposed the reach toolbox of the solutions which accurately answer to the conditions of the site. The entry proves that its authors have deeply studied the project brief and their answer fully corresponds with the objectives presented there.

The deeply thought development process of this area have been delivered. The project identifies the participants of the process, as well as suggesting relationships between them. The project allows experimentation, change and does not prejudge a priori any functions or relationships. The minor not proper proposals such as too short period of renting the plots to the invited partners can be easily corrected without change in the important layers of the project.

The very general and not deeply developed approach to the spatial questions in the project in the case of such kind of the site and especially after the comparison with the other projects seems to be the right answer. However, the limited spatial proposal properly follows the structure of the space and its most characteristic elements.

The strengths of the project include also emphasizing and appreciating the existing elements of the project site. The relations between the industry and other elements of the area have been addressed in a very interesting manner.
