From the surrounding landscape is derived the oval form of the building, which is effective and quite beautiful, but the concept has not been fully thought through. The views and technical data missing from the design and elements of the plan do not match the model. The room layout is very formal but the use of long ramps instead of a staircase are a great feature in this buildings’ character. It creates a unified entity from different spaces on two levels.
