SOS Bildungs- und Begegnungszentrum – eine Botschaft für Kinder

Das neue SOS-Bildungs- und Begegnungszentrum ist ein offenes Haus, das sich mit ortsgebundenen Angeboten an den Sozialraum Moabit wendet. Das Haus wirkt weit über seine örtliche Ausstrahlung hinaus als Kommunikationsplattform, um Öffentlichkeit, Fachöffentlichkeit und Politik schwellenlos zu integrieren und für soziale Themen zu sensibilisieren.

Das Haus ist ein Botschafter, in dem man sich in Anerkennung und auf Augenhöhe begegnen wird. Gleichzeitig versteht sich das Haus als Schutzraum, in dem Bildung und Ausbildung ihren Platz finden und der hilft, stark zu werden, um an der Gesellschaft gestaltend teilzuhaben.

Das neue SOS-Bildungs- und Begegnungszentrum will diesem Prozess der Integration und dem Ringen nach sozialer Gestaltung einen sichtbaren Ort geben.

SOS Education and Meeting Centre – An Embassy for Children

The new SOS Education and Meeting Centre is an open house that offers localized activities to the social environment of Moabit. As a communications platform aimed at developing social awareness through the direct, hands-on integration of experts, politicians and the general public, its influence radiates far beyond its immediate environment.

It is a venue that sends a strong message of acceptance and mutual respect while providing a safe place for education and training to help people take an active part in the shaping of society.

The new SOS Education and Communication Centre is designed to be a visible place for this process of integration and struggle for social participation.
