1. The overall layout follows the block pattern determined in the master plan and is relatively compact. The core area is compliant functionally with diversified spaces, improving the vitality of the street.
2. The station-city integration is mainly reflected in the comprehensive development of underground space and the control of aboveground buildings on a certain size. The hub traffic organization is concise, facilitating investment control and phased development. The design provides the experience of comprehensive development of underground space for reference.
3. Construct a blue-green slow traffic system to connect the whole block and provide a variety of slow traffic and activity experience. However, the connection purpose of slow traffic network is not clear enough. The open space is oversized with poor sense of place.
4. The integrity of spatial form is poor, without symbolic landscape. The main building is less expressive with plain gateway image.
