Erläuterungstext
The building is characterized by its structural façade of columns and slabs, a strategy that allows it to relate with the existing building at north by opposing its more massive presence thus allowing it to maintain its prominence on the site.
The dark finishing of the façade is complemented with the warmth of the wood used for the finishing of the balconies and entrance spaces.
A courtyard in the interior of the building ensures a pleasant and quiet atmosphere in the lobby and access galleries which are also used as meeting and resting areas that encourage the socializing of the building inhabitants.
Every apartment benefits from a good solar exposure with unobstructed views.
The use of sunshading devices allows to control the solar gains on the glass surfaces.
