Irish Architecture Awards - Best Health Building: Phoenix Care Centre
The Health Services Executive (HSE)’s new Phoenix Care Centre has won an Irish Architecture Award (Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland—RIAI) for Best Healthcare Building.

Jury Citation:
A difficult, restrictive brief requiring the generation of a separated but believable interior world while responding to the gritty reality of the site is resolved in a satisfyingly viable form. The internal shared spaces are refreshingly relaxed and non-institutional and the strong combination of stock brick and robust forming of opes seems to match its setting.
